Part-time Bookkeeper 

Position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in legal accounting, including knowledge of the NC State Bar Trust Account Rules. Experience in TABS3 time and billing software is desirable but will consider knowledge in other accounting software. Responsibilities include processing daily deposits, answering client questions and corresponding with the third party billing team. The position will also handle monthly and annual financial reporting. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and all firm employees. Pay is commensurate with experience. Full-time Legal Transcriptionist/Legal Assistant

Experience in preparation of legal documents with accuracy to ensure grammatical and legal correctness. Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of court system procedures and legal terminology are a must. Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met. Demonstrate a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times. Excellent customer service skills.
